Can I cancel a treatment and get a refund?

 

If you are unable to attend a pre booked treatment you will need to provide 48hrs notice to change the treatment to a time and date that suits you.

Unfortunately, if you cancel a treatment with less than 48hrs notice, rebooking will only be available at our discretion 

 

Can I cancel a pre booked class and get a refund?

 

As our classes are prepaid and booked as a course package we are unable to offer a rebooking or refund for any missed classes. 

However; you will be provided with all learning materials you may have missed out on.
