Ear seeding, also called ear acupressure or reflexology, involves placing small seeds or beads on specific points of the ear. These seeds, often made from Vaccaria plant or metal, are used to stimulate reflex points linked to different body areas. The practice aims to promote balance, reduce stress, and support well-being, serving as a non-invasive complementary therapy. Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine, ear seeding is believed to clear Qi blockages in meridians and activate neural pathways. Pressure on ear points triggers nerve signals to the brain, releasing endorphins that help relieve pain and discomfort.
